Thursday, April 02, 2026 - Gospel singer Peter Omwaka, popularly known as Guardian Angel, has clapped back at a netizen who mocked him over the ongoing estate dispute involving his wife, Esther Musila, and her children.
Esther was previously married to businessman Erick Kiptanui
Naibei, who passed away in 2016, leaving behind a vast estate that included
shares, real estate and significant cash holdings.
She was appointed administrator of the estate through a
grant of letters of administration, giving her authority to manage the assets
on behalf of her children.
However, her eldest son, Gideon Mallan, challenged her role
in court, opposing some of her decisions - including her remarriage to Guardian
Angel.
He argued that since all beneficiaries were adults, the
estate should be jointly managed or distributed.
The court later granted his request.
Since the ruling, Guardian Angel has faced trolling online.
While he had largely ignored the comments, one netizen,
identified as Baba Joshu, went too far, mocking him by saying “there
is no inheritance for Ben 10s” and urging him to work harder.
Guardian Angel fired back on Facebook, writing: “Usiite
mtu Ben 10 kama hujui mama yako anapenda type gani.”
This exchange comes shortly after Esther Musila posted a
fiery video defending her husband.
She dismissed attempts to drag Guardian Angel into the estate dispute, describing him as a hardworking, self-made man and vowed to shield him from what she termed “rubbish” claims made for clout.
