Thursday, December 11, 2025 - Kenya’s U15 football players were left stranded in Uganda after Kenyan government officials blocked their planned departure, with no alternative accommodation provided for the team.
Questions
are now being raised as to why CECAFA,
which has been hosting teams throughout the tournament, could not accommodate
the Kenyan players for just one more night, leaving the young athletes without
a place to stay.
