Monday, December 1, 2025 - President William Ruto has officially launched a modern housing upgrade for police officers stationed in Embakasi, marking a significant step in improving living conditions within the service.

The new units are designed to replace the old, cramped mabati structures that officers have endured for years.

The project is part of the Government’s ongoing plan to modernize police welfare and dignity at work.

Sharing the photos on social media, Ruto wrote, ‘Police officers go out of their way to protect Kenyans and their property.
