22, 2025 - Deputy Secretary General of the Kenya Medical
Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU), Dr. Dennis Miskellah, has
found himself trending on social media for all the wrong reasons.
It all began when an alleged female medical intern,
identified as Dr. Nyarsakwa, posted a photo posing beside a sleek Range Rover
with the cheeky caption “small girl, big machine.”
While the location was undisclosed, eagle-eyed netizens
quickly matched the backdrop to a separate photo of Dr. Miskellah taken at the
same spot.
The internet did what it does best - connected the dots,
concluding the luxury ride belonged to Miskellah and the intern was likely on a
rendezvous with him.
The viral moment has sparked a flurry of reactions.
Some critics accused the intern of flaunting luxury while
attributing her success to divine favor but in reality, it is a result of questionable
relationships with senior colleagues.
Others, however, saw it as a calculated move, suggesting Dr.
Nyarsakwa knew exactly what she was doing and used the post to “mark territory”
in the most public way possible.
