Saturday, May 17, 2025 - Philip Aroko, a key suspect in the murder of the late Kasipul Member of Parliament, Charles Were, was pictured on a drinking spree with notorious gold scammer Jared Otieno.

Aroko, a former taxi driver, is also a gold scammer.

He has several cases in court linked to gold scamming.
