SHAME on MURKOMEN as it emerges that NTSA TIMS has not been working for three weeks – UHURU was God sent!

 Friday, January 12, 2024 - Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary, Kipchumba Murkomen, is one of the most incompetent cabinet secretaries in President William Ruto’s Government if what is going on in the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is anything to go by.

The NTSA’s Transport Integrated Management System commonly known as TIMS has not been operating for the last 3 weeks, and incompetent and corrupt NTSA senior officials have not been explaining.

During former President Uhuru Kenyatta's regime, NTSA TIMS was working with military precision, but since Ruto and his clueless team took over, the system has been shutting down every minute if not every second.

The breakdown of NTSA TIMS has left thousands of Kenyans unable to transfer their cars and also register new number plates.

The underperformance in NTSA may cement what Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei has been saying that Murkomen is clueless and is only interested in enriching himself by looting and not transforming Kenyans' lives.
