Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - A lady has narrated an encounter with three men who claimed to be DCI officers along the Eastern Bypass.
They were stopped and
informed that it was illegal to carry animal feeds in a private car.
The men had walkie-talkies
and were clad in police trousers.
They were threatened with
arrests if they failed to cooperate by fuelling a car that the men were riding
in.

to fuel their car for us to secure our freedom,” she said.
The victims complied and
fuelled the car, a Toyota Passo.
