An armed Rwandese man who has been targeting Mpesa operators exposed - RUTO’s visa free policy will turn Kenya into a gangland (PHOTO).

 

Monday, January 29, 2024 - A Rwandese man has become a nightmare to Mpesa operators in Nairobi.

He mostly conducts criminal activities around 6:30 pm to 7pm while armed with a pistol.
