Sunday, September 6, 2026 - Murang'a Water Managing Director Daniel Ng'ang'a has owned up to his responsibility and promised to take care of his ailing son, Trevor, after his baby mama publicly accused him of being a deadbeat dad.
Ng'ang'a's baby mama, Milka Karanja, had
turned to social media for help, claiming that Ng'ang'a had failed to support their
son, who was diagnosed with cancer, leaving her to shoulder the burden
single-handedly.
Kenyans on TikTok joined hands and raised over
Ksh 1 million for the ailing child in hours.
Ng'ang'a has since broken his silence, stating
that while his baby mama labelled him a deadbeat dad, he has actually been
taking care of his son all along.
He said that despite personal differences with
her, he pays the boy's medical bills, adding that he has so far spent over Ksh
5 million.
He thanked well-wishers for their
contributions and pledged to cover all medical bills going forward.
