A man accused of drugging multiple Nairobi LADIES and taking advantage of them - Lures victims with fake influencing jobs (CONFESSIONS)

Friday, August 28, 2026 - A man identified as Genga is facing serious accusations of drugging and taking advantage of young Nairobi ladies while allegedly promising them fake influencing jobs.

Several victims have come forward and narrated their encounters with the suspect, detailing how they were reportedly approached with offers of lucrative influencing opportunities.

According to the victims, Genga claims to source influencers for different local companies.

Those who fall into his trap are drugged, and the unthinkable is done to them.
