Bishop KATHY KIUNA opens up on marrying late husband Bishop ALLAN KIUNA when he had no money – “He had only looks”

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Bishop Kathy Kiuna, co‑founder of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC), has recounted the early days of her marriage to the late Bishop Allan Kiuna.

Speaking on Saturday, July 25, 2026, she recounted how faith guided her choices and helped her see beyond circumstances.

“Today I want to tell you how I got here. Listen to me carefully: it is because I understood about a limitless God.

“Listen, I married a guy…from Kariobangi. Kario‑what? Kariobangi, who was from the slums,” Kathy said.

She explained that Allan had “only looks, nothing else.

Still, she believed in his future, teaching that women carry favour into their families.

“So guess what, I married a man who did not have coins, but he married favour,” she added.

Kathy took credit for Allan’s transformation, declaring;

“In a short time, that man…he became a sign and a wonder; he became the person to emulate.”

“Because he did not marry a ‘mumu’. He married the woman who fears God.” She concluded.
