Thursday, January 15, 2026 - Ruiru Level 4 Hospital is facing public outrage following reports of negligence after a critically ill patient was left unattended for a prolonged period as distraught family members watched helplessly.
According to the family, the patient, said to be a student,
was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but did not receive timely
medical attention.
They claim doctors on duty informed them that the facility
had no available beds, leaving the patient without proper care for hours.
