Friday, March 28, 2025 - Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary, Wycliffe Oparanya, was spotted with his new catch at Kakamega airstrip, where they landed for the weekend.
The shirt-chasing CS, who turned 69 years old on Tuesday,
was received by his bodyguards after landing at the airstrip in the company of
his lover.
The identity of Oparanya’s lover is yet to be established.
The former Kakamega Governor’s appetite for women is
well-known, despite his advanced age.
He has six wives and a string of girlfriends, mostly ladies
in their early 30s.
His affair with Mary Biketi, a lady half his age, is well-known to the public.
It seems he is still hunting down more women even as he
enjoys the trappings of power.
