Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - Safari Rally enthusiasts in Naivasha had the scare of a lifetime when they got too close to the racing course and were nearly run over by a rally car that veered off track.
Thanks to the expert skills of the driver, what could have
been a tragedy turned into a heart-stopping spectacle.
A resurfaced video from the 2024 rally shows the dramatic
moment, which started trending again after this year’s event.
One unlucky fan in a white t-shirt almost fainted as the
speeding car brushed past him.
In a panic, he stumbled and fell like a sack of potatoes!
Some netizens, however, believe the driver did it on purpose
to scare the crowd, executing a flawless 360-degree spin before continuing the
race.
This near-miss is a perfect reminder of why strict spectator
safety regulations exist!
