Kuria alleged that some internal
forces were determined to undermine and sabotage his mandate as the Public
Service Cabinet Secretary.
"No amount of internal
sabotage will deter me," Moses Kuria wrote attracting over 100 comments in
less than 20 minutes after publishing.
The statement left Kenyans
guessing what the former Gatundu Member of Parliament was referring to with his
statement.
Several social media users
alleged that Kuria might have been threatened following his latest resolve to
get rid of ghost workers in the public service.
They argued that most ghost
workers are connected by other powerful individuals who are opposed to the plan to launch a nationwide biometric registration.
Others argued that Moses Kuria
was on the chopping board and risked being fired from the Cabinet.
Others insinuated that Deputy
President Rigathi Gachagua could be behind it since they don’t see eye-to-eye, with rumours alleging that there is a fresh wrangling between the two leaders.
