According to
documents shared online by blogger Cyprian Nyakundi, Kimilili Member of
Parliament, Didmus Barasa, has purchased a five-seat Robinson R66 helicopter
valued at approximately Sh 150 million.
The bird is powered
by a Rolls-Royce RR300 turboshaft engine, according to its official website.
Surprisingly, the
MP was not charged tax by the government since President William Ruto excluded
chopper buyers from taxes to promote helicopter buying and hiring
