Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Azimio One Kenya Alliance leaders have urged foreign powers, especially the United States of America, to keep off Kenya's affairs.

Kenya chairperson, Martha Karua, the opposition coalition told the Joe
Biden-led administration to let Kenyans decide on the way forward and avoid
interference.
Karua spoke after the US Justice
Department welcomed President William Ruto’s move to appeal the ruling on the
deployment of security forces to Haiti.
A court sitting in Nairobi last
week declared the move by the government to send troops to Haiti
unconstitutional.
“We take note of the support
expressed by the United States government for the Ruto regime to appeal against
the ruling on the deployment of police to Haiti,” Karua said
The Narc Kenya boss urged all
parties to respect the independence of the judiciary.
“We hope that all parties shall
respect the Independence of the Judiciary and that foreign Interest will keep
off our national affairs,” she stated.
