Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Controversial Pastor, Victor Kanyari, has narrated how his baby sister, Starlet Wahu, was murdered by her alleged boyfriend identified as John Matara.
During a Sunday sermon at his church, Kanyari admitted that Wahu met with her murderer, John
Matara, online and they started dating.
Kanyari said
it was when they booked an Airbnb in South B that Matara showed his true
colours and started demanding Sh 500,000 from Wahu.
He added that Wahu tried to
call him in the middle of the night, precisely at 2 am, but he didn’t pick up
the call on the fateful Thursday.
He said he suspects
that Wahu was reluctant to comply with the man’s demand and that is when he
began stabbing her, asking her to send him all the money she had and also call
her relatives to send him money.
“My sister
was tough-headed and they began fighting, he stabbed her in the neck and leg.”
“While they were fighting, the man
left and locked with the house living with the key.”
Kanyari says
that his sister died while attempting to reach the door and call for help.
