Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Loft Lounge, a popular entertainment joint along Thika Road, is on the brink of collapse.
Renowned social media commentator, Francis Gaitho, passed by
the high-end entertainment joint on Saturday night and found an empty parking
lot.
There were a handful of revellers in the club, unlike in the
recent past when the joint was packed to the brim on most weekends and even
weekdays.
At their peak, revellers had to order a minimum of six
beers.
Hard liquor was also sold exorbitantly.
Word has it that some of the business partners have already
pulled out and it is just a matter of time before the club is shut down.

cock of the walk, the next a feather duster.”
“This is LOFT Lounge,

“The only club which
operated during COVID courtesy of links to then powerful Interior PS

“At their peak and
thanks to anti-competitive practices, you couldn’t order a single beer; minimum
six.”
“Hard liquor was sold
exorbitantly due to the state-sponsored monopoly.”
“But see them now.
Empty parking lot and an even emptier club,” Gaitho wrote and shared a
video.
