The owner of the Aston Martin involved in an accident that killed a cab driver while illegally racing along James Gichuru road unmasked - The insurance had expired

Wednesday, October 14, 2026 - Questions have emerged over the insurance status of an Aston Martin involved in a fatal accident along James Gichuru Road that claimed the life of a cab driver.

The luxury vehicle was reportedly involved in the crash after its insurance cover had expired, raising concerns over whether it was legally insured at the time of the accident.

Details emerging indicate that a new third-party-only (TPO) insurance policy was issued at 2:40 AM East Africa Time after the crash, sparking questions about the timing of the renewal and whether the cover was obtained after the fatal incident had already occurred.

The accident happened while the Aston Martin was illegally racing along James Gichuru Road, resulting in the death of the cab driver.

The owner of the vehicle has been identified as Huzeifa Onali Mohamed Ali.

The family of the deceased cab driver insists that reckless driving caused the accident and is demanding justice for their loved one.

The deceased driver has reportedly left behind five children, adding to the family's anguish as they seek answers and accountability over the tragic incident.
