Saturday, August 8, 2026 - An ardent supporter of President William Ruto is nursing injuries after he was confronted and attacked by opponents during a Bunge La Mwananchi session at City Stadium while supporting Ruto’s re-election bid.

According to the man, he frequently attends the Bunge La Mwananchi forum at City Stadium, where he drums up support for Ruto and defends his administration.

However, things took an unexpected turn during a heated political debate when he was attacked and left with serious injuries to his face.

The man admitted that although he believes Ruto has ruined the economy, he has a right as a Kenyan to seek another term in office.

He also maintained that every Kenyan has a democratic right to vote for their preferred candidate.
