Man captured on camera being robbed by goons in Nairobi CBD as insecurity escalates in the country (VIDEO)

Saturday, August 22, 2026 - A middle-aged man was accosted by a group of goons in Nairobi Central Business District and robbed of his phone as passersby watched helplessly.

The victim was walking along Moi Avenue when he was confronted by the rowdy goons, who robbed him of his phone before fleeing the scene.

In the video, the distressed man is seen crying for help from members of the public after the robbery incident.
