Thursday, January 15, 2026 - Popular Kameme FM presenter, Muthoni Wa Kirumba, has opened up for the first time about her tumultuous love life, revealing that her marriage ended due to betrayal by her best friend, Emily.
Speaking on her mid-morning show, Muthoni recounted the
shocking moment she discovered the deceit.
At the time, her ex-husband was living and working in Dubai.
One day, when she called him, she overheard him gossiping
about her with Emily.
Shockingly, he had flown Emily secretly to Dubai, deepening
the betrayal.
Devastated, Muthoni ended the relationship and committed to
raising their son on her own.
Her son, now 12 years old, was only 4 months old when she parted ways with her ex-husband.
