President William Ruto at the International Criminal Court (ICC) is among those
shortlisted.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, October 22nd,
the JSC confirmed it had received 94 applications for the appellate court
positions.
The shortlisted candidates were chosen based on the
completeness and compliance of their submissions with the advertised
requirements.
Other notable names include Justice Chacha Mwita, IPOA
Chairperson Ahmed Issack Hassan, Justice Joseph Kiplagat Sergon, Lady Justice
Hedwig Imbosa Ong’udi and Justice Mathews Nduma Nderi.
