This is after he vowed never to take Gen Zs’ nonsense anymore
going forward.
Speaking in Bangale, Tana River, yesterday, Ruto warned the
Gen Zs to avoid the temptation of taking to the streets to protest against his Government.
According to the President, he will not allow a section of
Kenyans to take the country in the wrong direction.
Ruto said he will ensure the constitution and the law are
protected.
"Ati kuna watu wengine wanafikiria kwamba watatufanyia
maandamano ati Kenya isimame, nataka niwaambie, hatuwezi kuruhusu taifa letu
lifanyiwe karata ya pata potea, watu wafanye maandamano, walete maafa, uaribifu
wa mali, wachome manyumba ya serikali kwa sababu ya mambo ya kibinafsi," he said.
The President said that he will not allow a few people to
destroy democracy and the country.
He further added that Kenya is a peace-loving nation that
believes in the rule of law.
As a result, he called on Kenyans to stand together and
protect democracy of the country.
He said the country is a democratic nation where Kenyans are
the ones to determine their leaders.
