Sharp Boy Busted! DRAMA as a man is caught collecting matatu fares through his own paybill after swapping stickers - Targets Ngong-bound matatus (VIDEO)

Thursday, September 10, 2026 - A middle-aged man in Nairobi has found a rather clever way to steal from unsuspecting passengers by tampering with payment stickers on Ngong-bound matatus.

The man reportedly boards Ngong-bound matatus, peels off the official M-Pesa stickers, and replaces them with stickers bearing his own number.

He then alights and waits for unsuspecting passengers to send their fare to his number, leaving the matatu operators counting losses.

However, his trick finally caught up with him after he was cornered while carrying out the scam.

A video shared online shows angry matatu operators confronting and beating him up as he pleads for mercy.
