Friday, August 7, 2026 - Controversial social media personality and Dr. Ofweneke’s ex-wife, Nicah The Queen, has confessed that well-endowed women with a big "nyash" have to put in extra effort to maintain proper hygiene.

In a video posted on her social media pages, Nicah specifically addressed women who have undergone cosmetic procedures to enhance their "nyash," saying they have to go the extra mile to maintain good hygiene.

She even offered to give them free lessons on how to do so.
