Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - A dramatic scene unfolded
in Naivasha after a man was confronted by security personnel during
a roadside rally attended by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
According to a video circulating online, the man shouted
“Tutam” slogans, commonly associated with support for President William Ruto’s
re-election, while raising two fingers in the air, appearing to interrupt the
gathering.
Security personnel quickly moved in and restrained him, with
footage showing the man crying out as he was subdued.
Gachagua is seen in the video intervening, signaling to his
security team to ease off and prevent further escalation.
Calm was restored as Gachagua continued with his onslaught
against President Ruto.
