Speaking in a TikTok video on Friday, May 22nd,
2026, she encouraged women not to shy away from promotions or career
advancements simply because their appearance may have played a role.
She explained that in today’s world, physical presentation
can sometimes open doors, especially in industries such as media, content
creation and customer‑facing jobs where image is part of professional branding.
“There is nobody in this world who deserves to bash you because you
are pretty.”
“I see many people saying someone got a job because she is light‑skinned
or because she has a nice body shape, but that should not discourage you,”
she said.
Mueni insisted that women should take advantage of such
opportunities rather than reject them.
“It is called ‘pretty privilege,’ use it, my dear, as much as you
can to make a living for yourself.”
“Money will not be branded that you got a job because you are
pretty or curvaceous, no,” she added.
However, she stressed that her message was not about
unethical practices.
“If your boss can promote you because you are beautiful, I urge you
to take that chance and use it well. Ride on it.”
“But I am not talking about sleeping with the boss, no, I am
talking about pure pretty privilege,” she explained.
She concluded by framing beauty as a gift, just like
intelligence or talent.
“Not everyone is gifted the same, some are gifted with
intelligence, others with beauty. So if God did not give you sharp brains but
made you beautiful, He had a reason for that,” she said.
