Friday, April 10, 2026 - CCTV cameras installed in a boutique captured two Kikuyu women coordinating a theft inside a clothing shop, unaware that they were being recorded.
The duo entered the boutique posing as ordinary customers
and began selecting clothes while engaging the shop attendant in conversation.
In the 9-minute clip, the suspects are seen distracting the
attendant, who was assisting them with selections.
One of the women discreetly picked several clothing items
and passed them to her accomplice, who was carrying a baby.
The woman carrying a baby concealed the stolen clothes in a
shawl before leaving the shop without making a purchase.
The attendant is said to have only realized items were
missing after the suspects had already exited the premises.
