Late MP JOHANNA NG’ENO’s wife, NAIYANOI’s emotional tribute during requiem mass! - “Losing You Feels Like Losing the Music of My Youth!

Wednesday, March 04, 2026 - The wife of the late Emurua Dikirr Member of Parliament, Johana Ng’eno, delivered a heartfelt tribute during his requiem mass on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, remembering him as the love of her youth.

Naiyanoi Ntutu spoke with deep emotion, recalling their early days together and the devotion he showed to their children.

“The husband of my youth, if I say your name… you are the love of my early days. We were young, and you made it beautiful and less frightening,” she said.

She described Ng’eno as a gentle and loving father who cherished their children, often playing with them and proudly viewing them as his greatest accomplishment.

“You were my beginning. Losing you feels like losing the music of my youth - the laughter, the dreams, the simplicity of believing we had endless time,” she added.

Naiyanoi emphasized that their bond will never fade, reflecting on the enduring legacy of their family.

“Even death cannot take what we built. It cannot erase the love, the memories, the family we created.”

“You will always be my Joha. Rest gently, my love. You are forever part of me.”

Ng’eno tragically died in a helicopter crash in Nandi County on February 28th, 2026.

The Airbus H125 went down in Mosop Sub County amid heavy rain, crashing and bursting into flames around 4:45 pm, killing all six people on board.
