Lands PS and RUTO’s ally, NIXON KORIR, has reportedly grabbed over 60 acres of prime land along the Southern bypass! One acre is worth Ksh 70 Million.

Thursday, July 18, 2024 - Lands Principal Secretary, Nixon Korir, is reporteldy on a land grabbing spree along the Southern bypass.

According to blogger Aoko Otieno, Korir, a close ally of President Ruto, has grabbed over 60 acres of prime land along the busy bypass.

One care of land in the area is estimated to be worth Ksh 70 Million.

Korir allegedly used rogue police officers to evict those who had occupied the land.

He is currently fencing the land under police protection.

Korir has always been corrupt even when he was the MP for Lang’ata.

At one time, he grabbed part of Uhuru Gardens and set up a lavish club.

It took the intervention of former President Uhuru Kenyatta to reclaim the land.

It is believed that President William Ruto is aware of Korir’s corrupt activities but he is protecting him.
