Thursday, September 17, 2026 - Controversy has continued to surround the burial of Lyndah Kebati’s father after a social media user came out to clear the air and defend Kebati’s first family, following the viral drama witnessed during the funeral.

According to the user, claims that Lyndah and her family were left out of the eulogy were false, saying their names were clearly included in the funeral booklet.

She further claimed that the deceased had been sick for years and was frequently in and out of hospital, but his second family never bothered to visit or help take care of him.

The woman claimed that after Kebati fell seriously ill, his first family was left with the responsibility of taking care of him and catering for his needs until he took his last breath.

She questioned why the two families could not come together to care for him, considering that he had reportedly lived with his second family for about 28 years.

According to the post, the second family resurfaced during the funeral, where they caused drama before leaving without waiting for the burial to be concluded.
