See what police officers recovered after intercepting a Toyota Corolla along Kendu Bay-Homa Bay Road (PHOTOs)



Thursday, November 20, 2025 - Police officers from Kendu Bay Police Station on 19th November 2025 carried out an intelligence-led operation targeting illicit alcohol and narcotics along the Kendu Bay-Homa Bay Road, particularly in the Kanyadhiang area of North Karachuonyo.

During the operation, officers intercepted a white Toyota Corolla, registration number KAM 168U.

A search of the vehicle uncovered a significant consignment of cannabis hidden inside four sacks.

The haul included: 1,825 rolls, 113 brooms, and approximately 4 kg of unpacked cannabis, all concealed in four sacks.

The suspect was taken to Kendu Bay Police Station for processing and will be arraigned in court.

The vehicle and the seized narcotics were secured at the station as evidence.

The National Police Service reiterated its commitment to intensifying the fight against illicit alcohol, narcotics, and all forms of criminal activity that endanger public safety.
