2025 - Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya has found himself at the center of a storm after
being accused of wrecking the marriage of one of his staff members.
According to whispers within our
political circles, the female staffer, identified as Elsie Muhanda, reportedly abandoned her matrimonial home and
relocated to a secret apartment she now shares with the powerful CS.
Elsie, who was happily married, is said to have drifted away
from her husband soon after Oparanya’s Cabinet appointment, a move her
estranged partner alleges the CS exploited to lure her away.
The relationship has allegedly become so bold that Elsie is
frequently seen in public with Oparanya, even riding in his official vehicle as
though she were the official spouse.
Insiders further whisper that Oparanya’s wife is planning a dramatic showdown at his office over
the alleged affair.

out Oparanya for “wrecking Elsie’s home” during a recent charged political
function.
