Position: Farm clerk
Location: Gachoka, Embu
Salary Scale: Kshs 15,000 – Kshs 20,000/-
Job description
The Farm Clerk is responsible for the execution of the day to day running of the Farm operations under the guidance of the Farm Manager. Thus he/she is to provide Admin support for the Farm activities.
Responsibilities
  • Receiving of supplies
  • Store Arrangement
  • Proper record keeping and filing
  • Items issuance
  • Facilitate and monitor dispatch activities
  • Invoicing of purchases
  • Admin support
  • Any other duties not necessarily mentioned which are in line with your position as a Farm Clerk
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Driving skills will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • Good time management skills
  • Assertive and proactive; and
  • Ability to generate reports and tabulate data
  • One (1) year experience in handling Administrative duties in a busy environment
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Office Management
  • KCSE mean C- and above
  • Computer packages
  • Valid Driving Licence
