Jobsikaz is a digital sourcing platform that aggregates recruitment tools to facilitate vacancy- jobseeker matching. We are looking for an Admin Intern to join our team.
The intern will be working to improve the company’s operations and work processes.
Responsibilities
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment and managing them to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Doing basic bookkeeping
  • Following up on requisitions and payments
  • Maintaining work stations for other colleagues when necessary
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls when needed
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, printing, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related course.
