Friday November 29, 2019-President Uhuru Kenyatta and National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, are planning to use Sh 30 billion of taxpayers’ money to ensure that Building Bridges Initiative(BBI) report is adopted by Kenyans.
The two leaders launched the report on Wednesday and it will be subjected to Kenyans and then a referendum will be held before 2022 presidential election.
According to Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria, the referendum will cost Kenyans taxpayers Sh 30 billion which the outspoken lawmaker claims is a total waste.
Kuria outlined a number of projects that can be financed by Sh 30 billion if BBI is adopted through a parliamentary process instead of subjecting Kenyans through a costly referendum.
Here is what Moses Kuria wrote on his Facebook page.
