Job Description:
A logistics company in Nairobi is looking to employ a Business Analyst with prior experience in a Logistics company. The incumbent will determine operational objectives of the business, design and analyze growth strategies of the business.
·         Articulating organization’s Strategic Business Plan for next 5 years in line with the company’s
·         Analyze business for clients and manage all customer projects.
·         Analyze functional requirements and collect all requirements and document processes.
·         Establish business processes, analyze existing process and recommend improvements to same.
·         Develop project plans for business and ensure appropriate implementation of plans.
·         Monitor lifecycle of project and evaluate customer reviews for business process.
·         Manage marketing and business development well
·         Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
·         Performing requirements analysis.
·         Manage activities for customer advisory committee
·         Develop and install critical applications and provide end user support for application.
·         Maintain appropriate knowledge on various business units.
·         Develop professional relationship with vendors and clients.
·         Supervise efficient working of staff and provide feedback for employees.
·         Administer performance appraisals for employees and recommend changes.
·         A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis in a Logistics company

·         The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining and repairing painted, wall covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structure, furniture and equipment throughout the school.
·         Maintain the general paint work in the school
·         Perform decorative and spray painting
·         Ensure the school is well painted without chipping paint
·         Ensures paint job locations are maintained in a safe and clean manner, while remaining focused on providing excellent service
·         Keep tools and maintenance equipment clean and secure
·         Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
·         Adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards
·         To follow the school’s rules and regulations
·         To comply with any statutory and legal requirement for NEMA, fire, health and safety and to ensure that you are working in accordance with these requirements
·         Form four or below
·         3-5 years’ experience as a painter
·         Good communication skills
·         Presentable
·         Ability to use painting tools
·         Must have basic knowledge of drywall repair, painting of all types and ability to match texture
·         Ability to perform job functions with attention to details, speed and accuracy


·         To provide care to students and staff who need general treatment, emergency care due to injury or who present with an acute illness
·         Understand each students medical background
·         Administer medication and deliver  health services as a licensed health care provider
·         Assist in monitoring chronic medical conditions
·         Coordinate care and student emergency action plans related to common ailments
·         Administer first aid to students and Staffs
·         Obtain parental consent for health services
·         Develop an Individual Health Plan for children with chronic disease
·         Degree/Diploma in Nursing
·         3-5 years’ experience as a school / Children nurse
·         Good communication skills

·         Ready to attend duty on a short notice

Nature of Job:           Part time

·         Trimming fence
·         To care for, manage and develop garden area in the school
·         To develop and maintain garden areas of the school
·         Plant flowers and grass
·         Water the plants
·         To ensure that all health and safety issues related to identified garden areas are addressed to enable children and staff to use the areas safely
·         Use grass cutter and mower
·         Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning, seed sowing, bed preparation and planting
·         To have knowledge and ability in the use and maintenance of hand tools.

Sales Executive (10k + commissions)

Job Title: Sales Executives-Micro Finance         
Location: Nairobi, Kakamega, Nyeri, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kisii, Mombasa, Nakuru, Meru, Machakos
Salary: 10K plus Commissions
Nature of Job:    Full time
·         Promote and sell microfinance products to potential clients
·         Expand market awareness by communicating features and benefits of the products and services effectively.
·         Consistently grow the company’s product portfolio by marketing to individuals and groups.
·         Develop plans for growth of the product and identify suitable clients.
·         Conduct client education on the products features and requirements
·         Conduct loan appraisals and make recommendations to the company credit committee
·         Visit client business premises from time to time during loan assessment and monitoring to ensure the quality of the loan is maintained at the expected level
·         Participate in the setting of personal product targets and work toward meeting the same
·         Establish and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, staff and outsourcing partners.
·         Identify sales prospects’ and follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
·         Ensures permanent observation of the market and competitors, involvement in analysis of competitors and statistics.
·         Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets.
·         Maintain thorough knowledge of company’s products and services.
·         Prepare forecasts, sales budgets and reports including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
