Tuesday, September 10, 2019- Sauti Sol vocalist Bien Aime Baraza has for the first time addressed rumours of having an affair with Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade.

The grapevine was rife with rumors that Bien had a thing with Yemi after he confirmed that he wrote the Swahili version of the Nigerian super star’s hit song ‘Na Gode’

However, Bien, who is betrothed to Sexy Nigerian dance choreographer and fitness guru, Chiki Kuruka, has debunked the rumours describing Yemi as his sister.

Speaking during a recent interview, the talented singer/song writer said:

"Yemi is like my sister, she is my bestie.”

“My grandmother is a Nigerian, I married an Igbo girl and also Yemi is an Igbo, so I married Yemi.”

“But I'm so thankful for the brains for keeping me a street boy so I can be seen by Yemi and where I can be out with Yemi.”

“Thank you.”

“Don't put me down"

Bien and Chiki have been dating for close to five years now and in February 2019, he proposed to her after hiring out Westgate Cinema and set up a romantic scene making it hard for any girl, leave alone, Chiki to say no.

After the engagement that was witnessed by among others, Sauti Sol Members, Chiki took to Instagram and revealed that it was the easiest yes she has ever said.

“I was not expecting this at all! Hiring out a cinema, all my family and friends involved.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Easiest yes I’ve ever said.

To my homie, my nigha, my best friend and shit my FIANCÉ, I love you,” said Chiki.
