Monday September 16, 2019 - Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, the chief suspect in the murder of Dutch tycoon, Tob Cohen, has hired a top pathologist to represent her during the post mortem of her late husband that will be conducted tomorrow.

Sarah, who is still incarcerated at Langata Women’s Prison, sought the services of renowned Kenya pathologist, Prof Andrew Kanyi Gachii.

Prof Gachii is a celebrated pathologist, who is hired by who is who in this country.

Justice Jesse Lessit has barred the media from publishing details of the investigations into Mr Cohen’s murder.

Judge Lesiit also prohibited Mr Cohen’s family from speaking to media.

He gave these orders during a court session on Monday.

The orders were issued after Sarah’s lawyer, Philip Murgor, complained that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has been conducting investigations via the media.

"We are learning so many things from the media, released to them by the DCI.”

“The media [have] even reported that Cohen passed on his Sh400 million villa to his sister, Gabriele," Murgor said.

  1. Yes, the crook can be the top mt Kenya pathologist who has been there to cover the state crime committed by his tribe from abyss. she should also get mt Kenya layer to represent her too and not murgor.
its their abyss regime in office due to rigging the election of 2017 - there's are to marry wealthy white/none mt Kenyans to kill them late, to steal the wealth of their husbands.

  2. I can bet with my life that Sarah is innocent according to how much i have gathered. How did Kinoti know that Cohen was dead and even went ahead and pressed a murder charge on her a day before the body was recovered while us stupid followers only knew Cohen was a missing person? If you have a brain comprehend that fact and see the game that is being played behind the curtains and why Sarah is in remand for over 28 days and the constitution states well no one should be remanded for over 24 hours without prosecution. It's kenya, monet, positions, greed rules
