Friday September 27, 2019 - Former Mungiki leader, Maina Njenga, has sent a tough warning to politicians in Rift Valley, beginning with Deputy President William Ruto, against spewing hatred, saying people from Central Kenya will not allow such utterances that could lead to violence.
Speaking on Wednesday while meeting Youth Chief Administrative Secretary, Rachael Shebesh, Njenga said that the country, especially residents of Mt. Kenya, will not take any more nonsense from Ruto and his stooges in Rift Valley.
He urged the DP and the entire Rift Valley region to respect President Uhuru Kenyatta and to heed his warning against early campaigns for the good of the country.
He also warned politicians from Rift Valley never to set foot in Central Kenya with intentions of dividing the region against Uhuru, who is the region’s kingpin.
"We are not happy with this intimidation.”
“We will not allow people to come from Rift Valley and divide people in Central Kenya.”
“Why is it that Central is the only place they are dividing?”
“If they can do this when Uhuru is alive and in office, what will they do when he is gone?" he posed.
