Friday September 20, 2019-Self-proclaimed National Resistance General, Miguna Miguna, has advised Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, on how to deal with serial killer, Sarah Wairimu Cohen.
Wairimu is being detained at Langata Women’s prison over the gruesome murder of her husband, Tob Cohen.
Cohen, 71, went missing on July 19th and last Friday his body was found inside a septic tank in his palatial home in Kitisuru.
Sarah and his “ben10” Peter Karanja are the prime suspects in a murder that DCI boss George Kinoti described as gruesome.
On Thursday, Sarah surprised the entire nation when she said she had the constitutional right to bury her late husband despite being among the killers who sent him to his maker.
Sharing his thoughts via social media on Thursday, Miguna said Sarah should be charged with first degree murder and advised Kinoti to add another charge of obstruction of Justice for attempting to get rid of Cohen’s body.
“Mr. Phillip Murogor's client is facing the most serious criminal charge of FIRST DEGREE MURDER. Her DIVORCE case is still alive in court. If I were the @DCI_Kenya, I would charge her with OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE for attempting to get rid of Cohen's body,” Miguna wrote on his Twitter page.
