Tuesday September 10, 2019 - President Uhuru Kenyatta over the weekend admitted making errors on Friday when he reshuffled 9 Principal Secretaries in a move that raised eyebrows.

Through State House Spokesperson, Kanze Dena, Uhuru said the move was aimed at improving service delivery as he seeks to cement his legacy.

Curiously, the changes saw Major General (Rtd) Gordon Kihalangwa moved from Defense to Public Works, barely two months after leaving Immigration.

But in South Coast, Uhuru stormed the homecoming of Gender Affairs PS, Safina Kwekwe, who was omitted in the changes made by the President.

While addressing residents in South Coast, Uhuru said Dr Francis Owino will remain as Industrialization PS, adding that Safina Kwekwe shall remain in Public Service and Gender.

Mr Julius Korir had been moved to Public Service and Gender even though Safina was still in the department.

Korir, who was in Infrastructure, will now move to the Youths Department.

"I did some little changes in Government on Friday."

"Very minimal changes."

"I will yet I again have to make changes on Monday because I messed up a bit."

"Like Owino, I transferred him from youths to Commerce and Industrialization.”

"I placed someone in his place."

"So the one who took over wasn't going to Sabina Kwekwe's docket as I had said earlier."

"He will move to Owino's Youth department."

"Some people are reading mischief for nothing," Uhuru said.
