Friday September 13, 2019 - Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have finally found the body of missing Dutch tycoon, Tob Cohen.
Cohen disappeared on July 19th and his wife, Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, was arrested over her disappearance.
Addressing journalists on Friday, DCI boss George Kinoti said Cohen’s body was found in a septic tank in his Kitisuru home.
Kinoti said that they have finally connected the dots and Sarah, who is remanded at Langata Women’s Prison, will be charged with first degree murder.
Initially, his workers had told police that Mr Cohen left his high-security compound, where CCTV cameras point to the drive-way, on the afternoon of July 19th at around 2pm.
They claimed that he only carried a briefcase and was driven off in a white car.
His wife, who is a known socialite in Kenya, has been claiming that Cohen left for a golf tournament in Thailand.
Sources said that police are now hunting down all the workers who were working at Cohen’s palatial home in Kitisuru and they may also be charged with first degree murder.
