DCI detectives land in Maasai Mara University after Citizen TV expose of massive public money looting by VC MARY WALINGO – She is going to KAMITI!!

Monday September 2, 2019-Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, has dispatched a team of detectives to Maasai Mara University in Narok to investigate massive looting of public funds by Vice Chancellor, Prof Mary Walingo.

In an expose aired by Citizen TV dubbed the "Mara Heist" on Sunday, Maasai Mara University Finance head, Spencer Sankale Ololchike, revealed how the VC has been looting public money without mercy.

According to Sankale, Walingo used coded language to make the swindle in which the parties were referred to as cows and money was nyasi (the grass). To differentiate the value, a bundle represented Sh 100,000.

"Even this other cow wants grass. Our fat cow. How much grass can you get? Can you get two bundles and a half?” directed Walingo's driver, Noor Abdi, on one occasion.
Now Kinoti has told his boys to go Maasai Mara University and question the VC and the Finance Director.

Walingo was born on January 1, 1963, in Kakamega in a large family of 14. Her mother was a strict disciplinarian.

She has a Bachelor of Education in Home Economics from Kenyatta University in 1986, Masters of Science in Applied Nutrition, University of Nairobi, 1991 and got her Doctorate Degree of Philosophy in Food and Nutrition, Acharya National Guard Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, India in 1998.
