Our Client is a distributor of Household and Commercial electronic appliances. They seek to hire a vibrant and efficient Customer Service Officer to be stationed at the head office in Kenya handling client enquiries and support the field sales representatives.
Title: Admin & Customer Service Officer
Gross Salary: 60k
· Carry out all administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
· Supervise operations of all departments.
· Monitor online presence of the company on social media and e-commerce platforms
· Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
· Order and ensure effective delivery of goods to customers.
· Resolve any sales related issues with customers/agents.
· Coordinate with warehouse department on stock position of items, offloading details and delivery of the units to the customer.
· Correspond with customers regarding their delivery of goods.
· Assist in tracking orders
· Degree/Diploma in Business Management
· At least 3-4 years’ experience in customer service in a busy and fast paced environment
· Experience in social media management is desired
· Good leadership skills
· Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Presentable, proactive and an outgoing personality
· Administrative writing and reporting skills
· Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
· A team player with a positive attitude, proactive and attention to detail
