Popular Nigerian author accuses UHURU of stealing his quotes, demands an apology from State House Nairobi(LOOK)

Saturday, August 17, 2019- Popular Nigerian author Reno Omokri has taken to twitter to call out President Uhuru’s handlers for allegedly stealing his quotes.

Omokri, who is a former presidential aide, is now demanding an apology from the Kenyan Government after his quotes were lifted word for word.

Taking to twitter, Omokri shared a screenshot of his quotes attributed to President Uhuru and wrote:Dear @StateHouseKenya

Why would you do this to President Uhuru, a man I respect a lot? You just lifted my quote word for word. I‘m a number one bestselling author. These quotes are my livelihood. #RenosNuggets are an international brand. You ought to apologise.'

However, the quotes he is complaining about were posted on a parody Facebook page of president Uhuru.

Nevertheless, Uhuru’s handlers have made serious gaffes recently including announcing that the President had declared August 26th a public holiday for census only to issue an apology hours later.
