Thursday August 15, 2019 - Self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) general, Miguna Miguna, has blasted Economist David Ndii after he criticized former Prime Minister Raila Odinga for hosting President Uhuru Kenyatta’s sister, Kristina Pratt Kenyatta, at his offices.

On Wednesday, Raila met Uhuru's eldest sister at his private Capitol Hill offices in Nairobi where he handed her a copy of his book, 'The Flame of Freedom'.

Moments after the meeting, Ndii took to social media to ridicule his former boss and accused him of betrayal.

"We have truly lost this one. What a letdown," Ndii said.

The sentiments attracted harsh criticism from Miguna who accused Ndii of being a hypocrite.

The Osgoode trained lawyer revisited his deportation to Canada and accused Ndii of having pretended to sympathize with him, when he had cheered as the Government, allegedly with Raila's blessings, hounded him out of the country.

"Hypocrites. So to Ndii, meeting Uhuru's sister is worse than torture of people like me which he condoned and cheered as he pretended on Twitter to be unhappy about. When we were telling them that the #HandChieth was treacherous they abused us," Miguna fired.
