Thursday August 1, 2019 - Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has sent a strong message to President Uhuru Kenyatta ahead of his planned tour of Jamaica next week.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Miguna advised Uhuru not to visit Marcus Garvey and Bob Marley's tombstones.
In his usual no-holding-back style, the firebrand politician criticized the President claiming that visiting the tombstones would be dishonoring the two legends.
“You have burnt Kenya to the ground; massacred the constitution, the rule of law, democracy and freedom fighters; and institutionalized tyranny and looting.”
“Don't desecrate Marcus Garvey's and Bob Marley's tombstones,” he posted.
President Uhuru is expected to depart for Kingston, Jamaica, for a State visit at the invitation of The Most Honorable Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica.
The President and the Jamaican Prime Minister are expected to discuss and explore opportunities for enhanced bilateral relations between the two countries.
